The Assistant Director of the Marshall Jewish Learning
Center, Linda Sonin, first started using Jerusalem Stone
mosaic pieces in the classroom. She found that the stones
were perfect for several of their art projects and that
the location from which they were quarried made them interesting
and educational for students.
A great way to bring natural stone from the Holy Land to
your students!
Each kits contains approximately fifty stones from Israel,
one 4 x 4 ceramic tile, and one map / info card showing
where the different colored stones are quarried.
The Red is from Jerusalem.
The White
is from Hebron. The Gold
is from the Negev Desert.
The Light Gray is from
Mitzpah Ramon. The Dark Gray
is from the Northern Jerusalem Corridor.
Mosaic Kits cost $3 each including delivery.
If ordering less than 10 kits we ask that you contribute
$5 towards shipping.
We regularly receive letters of gratitude for providing
these mosaic kits for use in the classroom.
